Three Rolls Motor Driven
The three-roller bending machine is rounding by the electrically driven upper and lower roll. The single-stage motor is operated via a double foot switch for forward- and backward move.
The roll diameter ranges from 20 mm to 120 mm and the length of just over 200 mm to 2.5 m.
The rollers are arranged asymmetrically. Quick and easy removal of the finished tubes is facilitated by the forward swing-top roll. Depending on the dimension, the rolls have a spherical shape.

The RBAZ is our high-end product in the field of tube manufacturing. Accuracy and speed, these features the RBAZ combines and therefore fits in any modern and high quality tube manufacturing. Whether manual loading and unloading or complete integration in a fully automatic tube production line, both scenarios can be covered. The modern SPS for control and programing is also able to communicate with other systems if needed.
The RBAZ is a two-roll design machine. The rolls are positioned by a infinitely variable motor.The machine is controled with SPS and touch screen for setup- and automatic sequence. Program memory for 200 programs with up to 40 bending steps. Password protection for data, parameters and service.
The upper roll is manufactured in high strength material. The down roll is manufactured in special polyurethan. Also the reject of finished tubes can be automated by pneumatic setting

Conical Rounding Machine RZK
The RZK is our high-end product in the field of conical manufacturing.
Accuracy and speed, these features the RZK combines and therefore fits in any modern cone manufacturing. The modern SPS are able to store programs and also to communicate with other systems.
The RZK is designed in four-roll design. The rolls are positioned by a stepless maindrive and sheet pressing. Control panel is with SPS-control and touch screen for setup- and automatic sequence.
