Most of our machinery is equipped with modems that facilitate remote service directly through our Manufacturer Headquarters. After standard online Diagnosis we determine an action plan, the majority of issues can be resolved quickly without intervention. We have two service engineers available but also a large backup by our Manufacturer Headquarters which have global Service Specialist.
The specification of the components built in the machine and review of the spare and wear part list is part of our project management. We provide local sourcing information and stock specific wear part items.
Case by case we offer training and PM-Services, also process development and overhaul projects.
